The Apocalypse

All we could see was water. It had been like this for weeks on end now, and our family was running out of food. It all started about last month, with the flooding and such in the levels, but oh, I can tell you, England is in a crisis my friend! Come, look out the window, our cornfields have drowned, our crops have died, and we can’t go outside or else our house would flood as we would be letting all the water in! And none of us have dared go out through the window.

Please help us!

The Stranded Family

One day the stone family decided to go on a day out together to the sea side to go out on there boat it was a sunny day . so the family got ready in there life jackets and set of at sea, as they were going along the sea  they saw a big wave coming they tried to get away but they lost control but all of a sudden all they could see was water. They tried with all there might to ore there self out of the waves but in the end they had to call the life boat company and they were saved.

Drunk Dad

Dad came home from the pub with his mates, they had been drinking again. I could tell because he was laughing for no reason. Mum seemed to be quite anxious with him driving she was arguing with dad but he wouldn’t listen. She told dad that it was dangerous to drive because he had 3 pints of whisky but dad carried on driving, then suddenly dad slammed the brake on , we came across a wooden barrier protecting the sheer cliff of the harbour side. Our car skidded forward and forward and forward until we were tilted on the edge of the harbour……..All I could see was water.

Our horrible holiday

When it was a Sunday afternoon we went on a holiday I didn’t want to go, we were going to Italy my brother was being horribly annoying. When we got there my brother needed the toilet (again). The first thing we did was go to the beach since it was lovely weather, but all we could see was water! There was no sand or anything just water, this was turning to be the worst holiday ever! My mum and dad looked at me with a terrible frown they said to me that I just need to enjoy it but I wasn’t.

Just me on my own

The crashes of the waves were coming from the storm 3 miles away.

I couldn’t get to sleep on that wood and sand. I finally got to sleep.

I woke up when a glass bottle hit my face, I decided to find a long reed and dry it so I could write on it. quickly I looked to see if there were any ships, no , but all I could see was water.

Finally the reeds had dried.   S.O.S    S.O.S

I was praying to god that soon someone would find the bottle with my message. I finally sent it off with all hope.

A Dream

There I was in the middle of nowhere staring at the beautiful waterfall. I then looked at the glistening water thinking about swimming in it, but then all of a sudden a monkey jumped on me. The monkey wanted to swim in the water so i thought, why not. We both dived in and got right behind the waterfall BUT ALL WE COULD SEE WAS WATER.

Ow! Ow! The water is so hot, Ow!

“Holly, Holly, Holly! Wake up! Your hot water-bottle is leaking and burning you!” shouted mum.

“Oh, hello. Where is the monkey and the waterfall with all the water?”

“It was just a dream.”

A day at the beach

It was a beautiful morning, and we were going back to the same beach. The sun was burning hot and we could hear the birds singing.  We looked out of the steamy car window for the enormous writing in the sand that we had all carved with stones yesterday, but all we could see was water. The tide was in, what could we do?  A humungous dam I suggested. After that we decided to do some crabbing, if we caught some we could race them over our dam.  Sadly it was time to go, we travelled home wondering if our dam would still be there tomorrow.

Rain rain, go away

Every evening for months now we have all been looking out of our window to see if it had stopped but all we could see was water.

Lots and lots of water surround’s us. I hear my baby brother screaming my Mum shouting. When will it end? Every day I would like to go out and play with my friends. We would ride our bikes and play football but the rain, so much rain I cannot explain. We learnt about floods at school and other horrible parts of weather and I had found it very interesting.  I never imagined that it would happen to me.

Stop raining!

Stranded (sequel to the abandoned warehouse)

In a volcano, just about to erupt, we appear. Stifling, poisonous gasses are rising up all around us. We had better act fast. I turn round, and find that the crimson wormhole that teleported us here had faded into thin air.

All hopes were lost but then, miraculously, Robin spots another portal.

There’s no time to lose! We scramble up the slope and race through into the wormhole. We are greeted with the sudden rush of pain, although it doesn’t last long. Ending up in the middle of the ocean, we strain our eyes for any land but all we can see is water.

We are, stranded…

Stranded

We were stranded, we had lost all signs of hope and were drifting further out into the Ocean. Several times we had thought that rocks were ships, we kept looking… BUT ALL WE COULD SEE WAS WATER…  suddenly the water rose and eight squelchy tentacles popped out and sprang straight for our broken wreck sending many crew overboard.  We were down to five men and the chances of survival were getting slimmer each minute.  All went silent – the monster had disappeared easily, too easily!  We heard a rumble and the giant monster crashed through the remains of our ship.   We all went down, down to our deathstones.
