Unfortunately I’ve heard about the typhoon in the Philippians and how it’s affected you and your family. I’m very sorry it happened and you are always welcome to stay at my house while the typhoon’s going on. I hope all of you are well and not injured. As you are the man of the family you need to keep everyone’s spirit up and tell them everything will be alright in the end. I hope the weather is not getting too bad and I hope you will find food and be able to feed your family.
Best wishes Emily.

Dear Friend

Dear friend,

The whole world knows about the typhoon, we are all really sorry that it has struck you and your family. Lots of people have been lost or really badly injured. All this news is very emotional and sad.

Our country is giving money to your area to try and give you food, water, clothes and new homes. I hope you are safe soon and you get another strong home. I feel really sorry that you have a massive shock with the hurricane. People are sending you as much as they can.

Thank you

 Best of wishes

Zoe

A letter

To all the people who are affected by the typhoon in the Philippines,I feel really sorry for you that your homes have been destroyed and many lives have been lost. Have any close members of your family died? Has it affected you badly? Are you alright?I can’t imagine the typhoon happening here where I live. It must be terrifying that your home has been lost which is where you grew up. I bet you are glad it is over now but you must be very upset.
